Founder & General Manager, DEJA-VU · Luxury Events & Business Development
Med Adam Jabri
From systems to stages, building experiences that perform.
I've built my career at the intersection of technology, operations and luxury events, turning ambitious briefs into measurable results, one contract, one team, one flawless night at a time.
About
A career that moved from precision to scale.
My path did not start in ballrooms. It started with a structured, technical mindset: a year in France studying web design and multimedia integration. That foundation, process, precision, attention to detail, never left me. It just found a new application.
From an airline counter to some of Morocco's largest luxury events, my career has been a steady climb from execution to leadership: managing passenger operations for Royal Air Maroc, then producing 150+ events a year at Palais Annakhil, and eventually founding DEJA-VU as Founder & General Manager, a business built on contracts up to 2,000,000 MAD.
What ties it together is a business instinct that goes beyond event production: building client relationships that last, negotiating contracts that matter, and treating every event, from a 50-guest reception to a 500-guest gala, as a business to be run with discipline, not just an occasion to be hosted.

Before events, before business development, there was a technical education: a year at Paris 13 Nord University / IUT Bobigny training as a Web & Multimedia Designer-Developer (2013–2014).
That background still shapes how I operate today. At DEJA-VU, it translated directly into a digital transformation of the business: deploying Dolibarr for CRM and project management, digitizing supplier coordination, and cutting administrative overhead by 40%, the same structured, systems-first thinking applied at a business-wide scale.

The DEJA-VU Chapter
The challenge → the strategy → the execution → the result.
The Challenge
When I founded DEJA-VU in 2019, it meant building a business from the ground up: no established client base, no formal processes, everything still to prove.
The Strategy
My strategy was to professionalize the business end to end, tighten operations, formalize supplier relationships, modernize the client-facing process, and grow the account base deliberately rather than opportunistically.
The Execution & Result
The execution touched every layer of the organization: production workflows, supplier contracts, digital tools, and team structure. The result is a business that now runs 100+ high-end events a year, with the retention and satisfaction numbers to show for it.

A DEJA-VU production, one of 100+ high-end events staged every year, built the same way regardless of scale.

Leadership
From execution to direction.
Leadership, in my career, was earned in stages, not assigned on day one. It moved from personally handling stock and passengers, to coordinating vendors and production teams, to directing a full organization. Today, I manage 30+ professionals across production, design, logistics, supplier relationships, client accounts, and day-to-day operations at DEJA-VU, coordinating, delegating, and staying close enough to the work to know when to step in.
That leadership had to translate into a business, not just a team. I built DEJA-VU's corporate client portfolio from 10 to more than 40 accounts, account by account, with annual revenue growth of 40% and contracts ranging from 50,000 to 2,000,000 MAD.
That growth came from negotiation, partnership development, and margin discipline, profit margins improved by 25% over the same period, even as the business scaled in size and complexity.

Client Experience
Trust, responsiveness, and getting the details right.
Client relationships at this level aren't transactional, they're built on trust, fast response times, and a genuine understanding of what each client actually needs, not just what they ask for.
At DEJA-VU, that philosophy is measurable: client response times under 2 hours, and retention and satisfaction numbers that back it up.

Beyond the CV
Who is Med Adam Jabri, behind the titles and the numbers?
Since 2016, I've worked across Morocco's luxury event industry, most of it spent building DEJA-VU from the ground up. I've led 300+ weddings, corporate receptions, and government events, carrying each one from first sketch to final teardown. What I bring isn't just execution: it's an eye for detail, real relationships with clients, and a feel for how a room, a timeline, and a team actually come together.
Some of that work has put me on landmark stages, the African Games, Throne Day ceremonies, brand activations for Peugeot, the European Union, and several embassies.
Right now I'm building what's next: new ventures and partnerships extending into event solutions and furniture rental, in Morocco and beyond.
Away from the events, I'm a traveler at heart, always drawn to new places, good design, art, and time outdoors in nature.
